Indian Pan Flame has been cooking the same way in Alberta for years: slow-built curries, meat marinated overnight and roasted in a real clay tandoor, and naan made to order rather than reheated. We run three kitchens, in Brooks, High River, and Taber, and each one holds to the same recipes and the same standards. Indian Pan Flame started with a simple idea: cook Indian food the way it's meant to be cooked, without shortcuts. That means spices ground and blended in-house, meat marinated the night before rather than the hour before, and a tandoor that actually gets used instead of sitting for show.
As we opened in Brooks, then High River, then Taber, the goal stayed the same at every kitchen: food that tastes like it came from someone's family recipe, because in most cases, it did.

We have three locations in Alberta: Brooks, High River, and Taber. Each one serves the same menu.
Brooks and Taber are open daily 11:00 AM to around 9:30–9:45 PM. High River is open Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and closed Mondays. Check the Our Locations page for the exact hours at your nearest one.
